How long will my custom order take to arrive? And why might items arrive separately?

Since all Kamiko products are made to order, production takes 3–5 business days before shipping. Depending on your location, delivery times may vary. Because items are printed individually and may come from different fulfillment centers, your order might arrive in separate parcels at different times. You’ll receive tracking info for each shipment as it’s dispatched.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Our custom Pantone journal covers are printed in your exact birthdate colour using Pantone colour theory. We work hard to maintain colour consistency, but please note slight variations may occur due to different screen settings versus print output. We recommend checking our care tips and detailed mockups to set the right expectations.

Can I return or exchange if it’s not what I expected?

Since all items (journals, art prints, and homeware) are made to order, we don’t accept returns unless there’s a manufacturing fault or damage during shipping. If you receive a defective item, just reach out within 7 days with a photo, and we’ll promptly send a replacement.

Will it fit standard frames or shelves?
